As of May 6, 1996, all public domestic companies were required to make their filings on EDGAR. Our SEC filing agent has been conducting EDGAR filings since 1999.

We are one of a few EDGAR filers that will EDGARize your filings from disk, hard copy, fax or E-mail (sent as an attachment).
When sending documents to us for EDGARizing, please provide the following with the submitted documents:

• Filing Company's name and type of SEC filing that needs to be submitted;
• Filing Company’s information, including name, phone number, email and EDGAR filing codes (CIK and CCC) – for new clients only;
• If filer does not have a CIK or CCC number, we will file a Form ID to process them for you. Notify us immediately if you have no filing codes or if you need new codes;
• Requested turnaround time for review draft of EDGARized documents;
• Requested date to be filed with SEC;
• E-mail distribution list for drafts and final confirmations;
• E-mail confirmations will be sent confirming the EDGAR filing has been accepted by the SEC;
• We will provide a PDF copy of your final EDGARized documents for properly scaled printing.
